Thanks. The way I arc out the tips, I will need them for sure.
If you are burning the tips either your initial stickout is too short or your wire speed is too slow. I hardly ever have burnback. Only time I change a tip is when a put on a new nozzle and then I also change the diffuser the tip screws into. Yeswelder on Amazon has the diffusers, tips as well as the nozzles pretty cheap btw. I try to stay away from the China suppliers but compared to domestic retail they are a bargain.
