    There is the possibility to run it off generator if your welding time is very little.... Otherwise you will be better ahead to just run a proper 240 Volt circuit...

    One issue I had was light reflecting off green welding jacket, off my chest into back of hood, solution for me was to return green welding jacket and get a black one.... As for seeing where you want the weld to go, try putting bright ambient light source on area where you are welding... Yeah...

    My personal choice for most of my mild steel shield gas is C-25 (75% Argon/25% Co2).... Hardly ever run fluxcore anymore.... As for wire try to stay with popular brands, Lincoln, Hobart, Miller, ESAB.... Now that I have made that statement , my preferred brand is PROSTAR found at local...

    Wire welder

    Ummm... If it ejects wire to fast, turn down wire speed, spitting and sputtering is probably cause by machine trying to force to much wire in to puddle.... As stated above, an AC wire welder is not the best type, a really good DC one where you can change polarity whether you are using fluxcore...

    Wire

    Personally I like "Prostar" S-6 with C25 in my HH 140.... Like it so well I found a deal on a 5 roll (2#) bundle and bought it, not going to run out of wire for a while.... Usually when I get spatter, its when I am not watching my stick out very well....... This link seem to (refresh) help me...
