Have been raising goats for over 20 years now. During that time I have learned a few things about them. One is, if you build it, they will destroy it, or at least try to. That means it must be sturdy. Another thing learned is that they love to ruin the hay you put out for them. They do this by spreading it around or getting on it and emptying their bladders and or bowels, or both. To prevent that, a feeder must keep the hay away from them to get on or spread out, but still be accessible to eat. This is what I came up with.
