Here is a boat mover I made. The wheels can be positioned to roll the boat upright or inverted using faspins. The 12' jonboat was just a little too wide and heavy to move easily by hand, so I made the set of wheels to move it like a wheelbarrow. It works well and allows me to go fishing alone with the boat in the back of my pickup truck. I can launch it right into the water with the wheels on it then remove them while in the water; reverse procedure when getting off a lake. It clamps on the stern just like an outboard motor.
