Bought a plasma cutter a few months back (Hypertherm 30xp) and been thinking about building a decent table to accommodate it for cutting and welding and storage.
Came up with the following so far. It's still a work in progress with a bottom shelf to put the plasma cutter, welders, etc.. and also planning on a catch all box underneath the grates to catch the debris in to a bucket; so the equipment doesn't all get dirty.

Also planning on putting in a plug where everything is already plugged into the table and i just have to plug the table in for power. That way i just have to flick a switch for power to the equipment i want on/off.

It's a bit taller than i would've liked, but i didn't have the wheels purchased at the time. And will be swapping the two fixed wheels for swivel ones when they go back on sale.

Overall i'm happy with it and learned a lot; which is what i mainly chase.

Looks good. I made a similar table using 1x2 tube for the slats, they can be moved where needed. The box is an old side draft cutting table I found in a scrapyard. It does a very good job of collecting the plasma dust.

Looks good, I wish I had the room for one. Be careful you don't set that beard on fire! LOL

Well done - nicely made. Mine is similar except for a solid plate one end that makes it easier to clamp components for welding. The frame was cut down from an old single steel bed frame and other than the cross-pieces, everything came out the scrap collection Yes, a concrete floor would improve things considerably!

I like the design. Very easy to replace bars as they are beat up cutting. Great idea on the extension and I like the groove on the slide to get around the problem of the weld inside the table tube.
